Resident Evil Zero HD Remaster release date set for January

Publish date: 2023-04-22

The Resident Evil Zero HD Remaster is now slated for a 19th January release on PS4, Xbox One, PS3, Xbox 360 and PC, Capcom has announced.

This shouldn't come as much of a surprise as Capcom previously revealed the release date of the Resident Evil Origins Collection, which includes both Resident Evil Zero and Resident Evil's HD Remasters, on 22nd January in Europe. North Americans receive that on the 19th too.

Capcom confirmed on its Unity Blog that Resident Evil Zero HD Remaster will cost £15.99 / €19.99 / $19.99.

Furthermore, Capcom revealed the pre-order costumes for this latest Resi remaster. These include Billy sporting Wolf Force attire while Rebecca is decked out in a cheerleader uniform.

Weirdly, these pre-order costumes are not available for the Xbox 360 version of the game.

The Resident Evil Zero remaster will feature updated graphics and an all new "Wesker Mode" wherein you can play through the campaign as the series' pompous shade-wearing antagonist.
