Red Dead Redemption now Xbox One X enhanced
Red Dead Redemption, perhaps Rockstar's best ever game, now has a shiny new update for Xbox One X owners.
Rockstar's Wild West epic was originally released for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, but is playable on Xbox One via the console's backwards compatibility service.
Play it on Microsoft's beefier Xbox One X console and you'll now see 4K visuals - there are comparisons below.
It's not just Red Dead Redemption, either. Last night Microsoft announced that fellow Xbox 360 games Portal 2, Darksiders, Gears 2, Star Wars: The Force Unleashed and Sonic Generations had also received Xbox One X patches.
The long-awaited Red Dead Redemption 2, a prequel to the first game, is scheduled to launch this October - as long as it doesn't get delayed again.
