Mass Effect Andromeda - Fusion Mod of Adrenaline location on Havarl
Mass Effect Andromeda's Fusion Mod of Adrenaline is one of the more obtuse Fusion Mods you'll find as part of the game.
While most Fusion Mods - which give you perks that change how weapons, protection and other combat behaviours work - are obtained through clearing Vaults and taking down Architects, this one is through a small side-opportunity that's easy to miss.

How to get the Fusion Mod of Adrenaline
After completing Havarl: A Dying Planet and exploring the planet's Vault, return to the Nexus and read Addison's email, then return to Havarl.
Head for the point shown on the map below and kill the enemy in the small cave and activate the console buried in the wall.
Use your scanner to follow the duct and then climb the pillar - use the hexagonal protrusions as platforms to reach the top.
Activate the console, then follow the beam of light to another pillar. Climb up it as before, activate the console, and solve the Remnant Decryption puzzle to open a gravity well.
Use that to cross the gap and collect a stash of items, including this ultra rare armour mod.

How the Fusion Mod of Adrenaline works
Like other Fusion Mods, there is a strong benefits and a potent drawback which may or may not serve your playstyle.
Having it equipped means all kills you perform will instantly recharge your active power meters, but outside of that, they will recharge at a much slower rate.
This means in combat, if you're in the habit of chaining kills together with powers then it can be quite a powerful tool, but beware outside of that you could be waiting around for a while for to recharge. Give it a spin and see how it works for you.
