Search for Black Rock Processing in Control

Marshall will open up a doorway, allowing you to head back to Central Research and to the Sector Elevator.

You can take this time to head back up to Central Executive to upgrade your Abilities and talk to Emily to learn more about the Bureau of Control.

There is also a new Weapon Form available, Pierce, which is perfect for destroying armoured enemies.

When you're ready take the Sector Elevator down to the Maintenance Sector.

You'll find yourself in Central Maintenance. Head through the door on your left marked Black Rock Processing.

This will lead to a room with two metal detectors in and a small, glassed, observation room. Defeat the Hiss guard waiting for you and, if you haven't done so already, head into the observation room and collect Research & Records - Research - Home Safe Tests. This will allow you to start the A Good Defence side mission.

When you're ready, go through the door in the top-left hand corner of the room signposted as the Turbine Room.

How to solve the Turbine Room puzzle in Control

In the Turbine Room, you'll discover that the titular turbines are running a little bit out of control. If you head down the stairs to your left, you'll find a chest.

First, you want to remove the electricity box from the socket on the left hand wall. This will stop the first set of turbines from moving, allowing you to cross to the other side of the room. Make sure you can an electricity box with you, because you're going to need it in a minute.

If you want you can place on the electricity socket directly opposite the first set of turbines.

Once you're on the other side of the room, head up the stairs to reach the next set of turbines. Again, remove the already placed electricity box. This time, however, place it on one of the electricity boxes on the opposite side of the room.

Now go and retrieve another electricity box to place on the second socket to open the door.

Jump across the turbines and head through the door to find a platform overlooking the bottomless black void that every government building has.

If you take the right hand passageway, you'll come to a hole in the floor that return you to the room with the metal detectors in.

You, however, want to pull the light switch three times, which is apparently just hanging there, to return to the Oceanview Motel.

How to complete the Oceanview Motel puzzle in Control

You're back in the Oceanview Motel and, like before, you need to go ring the bell at the front desk.

Ring the bell until two of the rooms in the right hand corridor are open - rooms 222 and 224.

In room 224, you can move certain objects around. Your goal is make room 224 a mirror of room 222. To do this you must make sure that:

Once you've done this correctly, you'll hear an ominous tone.

The door to room 226 will now be open, allowing you to collect the key from inside.

Head to the opposite corridor and open the door with the black pyramid on it. Pull the light switch three times to return you to the Bureau of Control.

Continue towards Black Rock Processing in Control

You'll see that your time in the Oceanview Motel has built a bridge from one side of the bottomless void to the other.

Head back to the room with the metal detectors in either via the Turbine room or by jumping down the hole at the end of the left-hand passageway.

Go through the giant stone doors, cross the bridge and go through the next set of giant doors.

You'll reach the doors to Black Rock Processing, but they are, of course, locked.

If you want the chest and collectable in the windowed room, which is just after the stone doors, use Launch to throw a nearby bench through the window to break the glass.

When you're ready, head up the stairs to the left of the locked door, through the short corridor on the right-hand side and jump down into the office below.

This will take you to the other side of the locked door and into the Atlas Chamber.

Upon arrival, you'll hear the sound of gunfire. Make your way towards this noise by leaving the office and heading up the stairs. Don't forget to unlock the door you just bypassed along the way.

You'll find a group of Bureau employees under attack from the Hiss, including a Hiss Warped. Kill the Hiss and save their lives.

Once the Hiss are defeated, cleanse the Control Point.

If you want to grab a quick collectable and open a chest, head up the stairs to the upper left-hand side of the room. You'll find them, along with another shelter, up here.
